Refund policy

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to returns or exchanges of different sized items. They MUST be unopened box, and withing 21 days of the original purchase. Opened boxes are NOT returnable. Granada is NOT responsible for any cabinet exchanges due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Deposits are NOT refundable. All stone are NOT refundable. Natural stone has variations, inspect each stone carefully and resolve any issue prior to installation.
